Pakistan will play against New Zealand and Australia as the International Cricket Council (ICC) has announced the schedule of warm-up games in the ICC World Cup 2023.
Pakistan will take on Australia in their first warm-up match on September 29 in Hyderabad, while their second game will be against New Zealand on October 3 — just two days before the commencement of the World Cup — in the same city.
A total of 10 warm-up matches will be played with Bangladesh and Sri Lanka having a face-off in the first encounter in Guwahati.
All games will start at 2:30pm Pakistan Standard Time (PST) and teams will be allowed to field all members of their 15-player squads during the matches.

10 teams will fight for the elusive title across 10 venues from October 5 to November 19, with the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad hosting the tournament opener and the final.
The Cricket World Cup will be played in the round-robin format with all teams playing against each other for a total of 45 league matches.
The top four teams will qualify for the semifinals, which will be held in Mumbai on November 15 and in Kolkata on November 16. The semi-finals and the final will have reserve days.
